This department has a major role in each and every company that constructs devices. As it is shown in our organization chart, this department consists of five main individual departments their duties are described below:
1. IT division: The information technology department in an organization is responsible for the architecture, hardware, software and networking of computers in the company. As an IT professional, you perform a number of duties to ensure that employees have full access to the computer systems. Professionals working in the department may be responsible for one area of IT for the company, such as programming, website updates or technical support.
2.Control & instruments inspection division
The controlling division is a crucial part of the corporate governance system and plays a vital role in distinguishing, reducing and controlling risk. There are significant measures taken to safeguard stockholders’ interests, as well as the company’s assets.
3.Project Planning division
This division primary function, and includes maintaining a good overview of all the projects and ensuring that all the necessary data is always up to date and plausible. In this context, decisions regarding the scope, budgets and resources are prepared and made in due consideration of interdependencies between projects.
4.Mechanical division
This division utilizes engineering knowledge in the development of our products and their application and generates engineering documentation for both standard and special customer applications. Also, assists the engineering department with drawing, document, and bill material control and revisions.
5.Electrical division
This Electrical division designs and develops industrial, domestic and commercial electrical systems. Its duties largely depend on our projects and could include the civil service, engineering firms, telecommunications, consultancies, hospitals, utility companies or the IT industry.
6.Design division
This division oversees various creative and design projects for our organization and collaborate with other members of other divisions, ensuring projects are cost-effective, and maintain an up-to-date understanding of their target market.
